houses are constructed in a district of Sefakoy, Istanbul after the drawing held by Okkito in December 2009 within sponsors. Okkito uses latest light gauge steel structure and membrane technologies. Houses vary from 7 m2 to 25 m2 with a maximum height of 2,30m depending on the condition of the land. The garden plot of the houses can be expanded or changed due to respect of the dweller.
